Meet Erskine  (CA CD 31. 2026)

Hello, my name is Erskine Levi and Pro-American/USA!  I am running for US Representative (Congress) for the 31st Congressional District in California (2026). I am a Registered Republican I am a conservative.  I am a married man of over 43 years and have two adult sons. 

I am a Retired Social Sciences Teacher (World History, US Government & Economics) for almost 30 Years with the Baldwin Park Unified School District.

I am a former Captain in the United States Army (Regular Army, National Guard & Reserves) for over 20 years. Received my Officer Commission while stationed with the National Guard. I am also a  former Police Officer and SWAT/SRT Team Leader as well as Captain of Security Operations. My military occupations were Military Police, Armored Cavalry, and Military Intelligence. I am a Cold War Veteran and a Gulf War Era Veteran (non-combat & not in theater) ! 

During my tour with the California Army National Guard, I was activated for the 1992 Los Angeles Riots as the Delta Company Commander under Task Force Arce, the 1994 Northridge Earthquake with the G-2, 40th Infantry Division Intelligence and the 1995 California floods as the 40th Infantry Division Battle Captain. My highest rank was Acting Lieutenant Colonel (1/18th Armored Cavalry Commander) during Warfighter 1991. 

I am Pro-Life, from conception until natural death and Pro-Life for the whole life for Babies, Women and the Family! 

I am a Member of Knights of Columbus, the American Legion,  The National Guard Association of California,  The American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ) and Judicial Watch, Citizens for National Security, The Heritage Foundation, AIPAC (American Israeli Public Affairs Committee), The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews as an Advocate. I belong to the SAR (Sons of the American Revolution), and I have Jewish & American Indian Ancestry (Cherokee) on both my Mother's and Father's side.
